The overnight stops for the Event are in BALLARAT. Each day concludes at Rally HQ, the BLCC Rooms. All competitors must arrange their own accommodation.

The Friday BBQ tea, breakfast and lunch on both Saturday and Sunday, the Saturday evening meal and Trophy Presentation nibbles are provided for competitors, as part of the entry fee.
